What makes the perfect registry? Our Dream Registry series answers just that, providing an endless source of inspiration for those putting together their own Over The Moon registries. We enlisted the help of some of our most stylish and in-the-know friends—whether they’re single, engaged, or already married. (Because we’re taking a page from Carrie Bradshaw’s playbook and saying one should be able to register for Manolos no matter what their relationship status!) Peek inside the registries of tastemakers, from editors and stylists to wedding planners and beyond. Your dream registry is just a click away.

Jessie Randall, the creative director behind the popular footwear brand Loeffler Randall, founded her namesake label with her husband Brian Murphy, who is now the CEO, in 2004. The pair actually met at an advertising agency and have worked together ever since. In June of 2003, Jessie and Brian said, “I do,” at a church in Brooklyn Heights and then joined their guests for a romantic boat cruise around New York City.

Celebrity and OTM brides alike have long worn Loeffler Randall designs to their wedding events, and with the launch of the brand’s new bridal collection, their sock liners can now be customized with one’s initials and wedding date at the 10 Prince Street location.

Jessie and Brian now live in Brooklyn, where most of the renovating and decorating is her doing. “I love the green color of [our] paint and this beautiful Scandinavian wallpaper I chose and hung myself,” Jessie shares. When it comes to merging her style with Brian’s, Jessie says, “He is taking over our backyard renovation in Brooklyn, since our company is my design aesthetic–our office, our store, our little place by the beach.”

For all of her design inspiration, Jessie “follows a million people on Instagram.” She adds, “I love looking at Cutter Brooks Shop, Matilda Goad, and Basic Projects. I dream of having a British Standard or Devol kitchen one day.”

Surprisingly, Jessie never made a wedding registry back when she got married—and she regrets it! So now the creative director—who loves neutral colors, natural, raw materials, and handmade things—is flexing her registry skills just for us.

To start, hand-painted ceramic plates from Over The Moon were a must-have. “I love Pomelo Casa and collect her beautiful pieces,” Jessie reveals. She was also quick to click on a Staub pot—one that she actually happens to have at home already. “I leave it out on the stove because I love the green color,” she says. She has her eye on a D’Ascoli dress, too—she’d pair with Loeffler Randall shoes, of course—and Estelle Colored Glass stemless wine glasses…to drink from whilst wearing the D’Ascoli!

When building her registry, Jessie implemented an easy to follow methodology—”I added pieces that brought a smile to my face,” she says. “It’s important to go for things that will last a long time and have a timeless look. You want your registry items to last a lifetime. They’re sentimental!”
