It’s the most wonderful time of the year, at least it is for the Over The Moon team. It’s New York Bridal Fashion Week! This is when all of the top ateliers and designers take Manhattan and paint the town bridal white, offering an inside glimpse into what brides will wear down aisles a year’s time. So, what’s next in bridal? After countless shows across the city, we narrowed down the highlights for you to be the most modern bride. Here comes the bride’s best trends in Fall 2025.

1. Rich Floral Fabrics

Carry the bouquet and wear it, too. We bore witness to the latest trending look: florals on structured fabric. Next season will be filled with heavier textiles like jacquard and brocade. Our personal favorite embodiment manifestation is complete in our exclusive Markarian for Over The Moon capsule collection.

2. Graceful Like Grace Kelly

It’s been nearly seven decades since Grace Kelly married Rainier III, Prince of Monaco, and yet we can still see the reverberations of her long-sleeved lacy gown today. Why wouldn’t we? It is a classic silhouette with timeless appeal that designers emulate and re-envision on runways for brides in 2025.

3. All-Over Sparkle Silhouettes

You’ve seen the sparkly mini dress, but have you seen the sparkly maxi? The sparkly midi? All that glitters is all that we anticipate for 2025. Shining looks are not for just receptions. We expect plenty more brides wearing shimmering dresses during the ceremony, too. You’re likely to find some brides glowing all the way down the aisle and beyond.

4. Matching Veil Moment

A veil can make an entire bridal look, which is why we opened the Veil Salon to help brides decide on this finishing accessory. For Fall 2025, we’re going to see a lot of appliqués and lace that exactly matches the wedding dress.

5. Corset & Underskirt Combo

Bridgerton reintroduced the empire waist and corset craze to the twenty-first century bride’s Pinterest vision board, but the corset and underskirt combination is a completely new silhouette we’ve become enthralled by this season of NYBFW. Simultaneously unexpected and romantic, it creates an interesting form we’ve rarely seen before.
