Art advisor and model Devon McCready, who recently joined us at New York Bridal Fashion Week, and real estate developer Gaetano Morello are tying the knot on August 23, 2025, at her family’s home on Nantucket. “We are holding the ceremony in the backyard against the sunset over Hummock Pond and the reception under a sailcloth tent looking out to Cisco beach in our front yard,” Devon shares. And ahead of their walk down the aisle, the Boston-based bride-to-be is sharing her Over The Moon Dream Registry:

Devon shares that her and Gaetano’s aesthetics have beautifully mixed in their home. “My style is effortless, whimsical, and colorful but still elegant and timeless—I love pieces that feel feminine and playful yet refined, with a touch of Old English charm,” she explains. “Gaetano, on the other hand, has more of a modern yet classic New England vibe. He’s drawn to a mix of old and new—clean lines, rich textures, and lasting details. Together, we balance each other out, blending sophistication with a bit of fun to create a look that feels effortlessly timeless and uniquely us.”
As someone immersed in the art world, Devon shares that decorating her interiors is akin to painting a masterpiece. “I start with the pieces that really spark joy—whether it’s a vibrant expressionist painting or even an unexpected, eye-catching pillow,” she says. “Once those bold choices set the tone, choosing more neutral pieces becomes second nature. For me, a space must be as comfortable as it is beautiful, so every piece is chosen for its perfect blend of style and function.”
The pair moved into their apartment last June and have had fun making it their own. “My favorite addition we chose together was a pair of mid-century modern leather ottomans to replace a coffee table,” Devon shares. ‘We both loved the design, and they totally transformed the space—now we can actually stretch out on the couch without ending up like the grandparents in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory!”
Of course, artwork was the first thing added to Devon’s Dream Registry—specifically the Le Bilboquet matchbook print. “Gaetano and I have so many fun memories from our dates at Bilboquet in Palm Beach—where martinis and Cajun chicken set the perfect scene,” Devon quips. “Every time I see this matchbook, I’m instantly transported back to those nights, hearing the upbeat vibey music and feeling the breeze through the palm trees overhead.”
Devon’s pup, Lady, was also prioritized in the OTM Registry via a leather leash and collar. “Lady isn’t just our pet—she’s the little furry diva of our family, always stealing the spotlight with her antics. I adopted her seven years ago as a puppy from Animal Haven NYC after she was rescued from Puerto Rico, and she’s been my loyal sidekick ever since,” she says. “Like so many pet parents, we love spoiling our fur baby, whether it’s with treats, cozy beds, or in Lady’s case, a wardrobe that rivals my own. This chic leather collar and leash set isn’t just practical; it’s a stylish nod to her unique flair and the joy she brings into our lives, earning her a well-deserved shout-out on our registry.”
The bride-to-be leaves us with important advice for other couples making their Over The Moon Registries: “Let it reflect your unique personalities and shared story. Mix practical, high-quality pieces with items that have personal flair—think of it as a blend of everyday essentials and little treasures that capture your style and remind you of your wedding day.”
