Two-time New York Times bestselling author and star of The Bachelorette Season 15 Hannah Kelsey Brown’s second romantic novel, The Four Engagement Rings of Sybil Rain, hits bookstore shelves on June 24th. While we pre-order our copies of what’s being described as a Forgetting Sarah Marshall meets Anyone But You tale, Hannah and her lead character, Sybil, have a particular trait in common—they’re both engaged! And ahead of her and Vice President of Business Development and Health Coach at Blokes Men’s Health and Joi Women’s Health Adam Woolard’s July wedding in Nice, France, Hannah is sharing her Over The Moon Dream Registry.
The Nashville-based author describes her aesthetic as “feminine and effortlessly elegant.” She goes on to say, “I love timeless pieces that make you smile but don’t feel too fragile.” And as Hannah just purchased her first home in Tennessee—a 122-year-old abode in East Nashville—she’s leaned into the authenticity of the setting when it comes to choosing decor. “I want this home to feel just as inviting and comfortable as our last California apartment but also play into the southern charm and character of this historical home.”
For interiors inspiration, Hannah particularly loves and admires two Over The Moon–favorites: Schumacher and AERIN. “I get so inspired by all the colorful textiles and fabrics,” she shares. “I also love following style-makers like Aerin Lauder.”
Aside from AERIN’s classic dinnerware, Hannah dreams of having a full set of Ginori 1735 Oriente Italiano plates for entertaining. “The Issy Granger Candlesticks, paired with the Zafferano table lamps, have me fantasizing of future tablescapes, hosting family and friends,” she says of her table registry pieces.
And what’s on Hannah’s menu? “I really want to up my skills in the kitchen, and making soups is an easy way to do it!” she smiles. “I love this Le Creuset Stockpot.”
Moving to the bedrooms, the television personality highlights sophisticated, comforting pieces. “I love The Vintage List carafe sets to keep in my guest room,” she shares. “I also love the Petite Keep x OTM Trunks to keep sweet memories to look back on with your family.”
Hannah leaves us with an important tip for those also creating their Over The Moon Registries: “Get your groom/partner involved. Wedding planning is a lot, but it can also be really connecting if you take this time to dream and plan together. The registry is the fun part, so pop a bottle of Champagne and make a night of picking out pieces that you will soon get to enjoy as a married couple!”
