Getting out of New York City on the weekends is clutch if you can swing it—heat, humidity, and lots of concrete buildings are not a good summer cocktail. The go-to escape for most New Yorkers? The Hamptons. The climate’s cooler, the beaches are pristine, and the drinks just seem to taste a bit better. (BBC anyone? Perhaps we need to do a later post on the best BBC recipe we’ve found. It results in a frozen concoction almost as good as the one they used to make at Cyril’s. RIP.)
