On Sunday, actress Mandy Moore married rocker Taylor Goldsmith of Dawes in a private ceremony in Los Angeles. The couple initially met on social media, after Mandy posted a picture of his band’s album. Taylor then reached out and after many emails and FaceTime chats, the rest was history. Last year, the singer proposed with a custom Irene Neuwirth diamond ring. Details about the This Is Us star’s wedding are slowly trickling in. The reception

According to E! News, their small “boho” ceremony took place at a garden in Mandy’s Los Angeles home just before sundown. The ceremony was decorated with rugs on the floor and feather flower arrangements. Guests were later transported to The Fig House in Highland Park, where a reception full of food stations and a whiskey station awaited. According to a source, the couple also served 12 different flavors of cake and at one point, Mandy’s new husband even surprised her with a performance on stage with his band.

The dress

In a now deleted Instagram post from Mandy’s makeup artist, you could see that instead of wearing traditional white, the actress chose a blush pink Rodarte gown with a layered tulle skirt and a high neck. She also accessorized with a blush pink veil, pink eyeshadow, and a center part. Fingers crossed she shares a pic in an anniversary post later on!

The guest list

When Mandy had described her ideal wedding ceremony earlier, she said she didn’t want anything over-the-top with a huge guest list. “We are both pretty quiet, private people,” she said to People. “I never imagined myself with some beautiful dress in front of 300 people. It will be quiet and private—just for us.” And she kept her word as their nuptials took place in front of only about 50 family and friends, including This Is Us co-stars Milo Ventimiglia, Chrissy Metz, Sterling K. Brown, ex-boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama, and Minka Kelly.
