Bacchus Agency Vice President Jennifer Isicoff and Peter Flexner, vice president at a real estate investment bank, first connected on the dating app The League. During their first date, they bonded over their shared work in the hotel industry, realizing they had worked on some of the same projects in different capacities.

After a little more than three years together, Peter proposed during a ski trip in Mont-Tremblant, Canada. Just before they slipped on their skis with Jennifer’s brother and his wife, her brother suggested they take a group photo. “As I lined up, Peter asked me to hold his gloves and began rearranging some of his ski gear. I waited, chatting to my brother and sister-in-law, and the next thing you know, my brother told me to look right, and Peter was on one knee, ring in hand, and I was being proposed to!” Jennifer exclaims. “I was so surprised and excited; the scene was snowy and magical, and we were surrounded by so much love.”

Through her work overseeing U.S. communications for her client, Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer Group, Jennifer grew familiar and captivated with the South of France. The summer after she and Peter got engaged, they visited the region together, and upon their return, they knew it was the place where they’d exchange vows.

With the help of Aava Wedding, the couple booked their venue, Château de la Napoule. “We wanted to get married near the water but, as we’re both lovers of all things whimsical and fantasy-like at heart, also loved the idea of an enchanted forest theme to drive our wedding decor,” Jennifer explains. “Lucky for us, this venue captured it all.  The château has spectacular sea views, features multiple gardens that were in full bloom during our wedding, and has a sort of medieval somewhat Alice in Wonderland feel to it that felt very us.”

The three days of festivities started on July 4, 2024, at L’Ondine, Vilebrequin’s first-ever beach club. Jennifer wore a bridal-esque PatBo look to welcome her guests, as photographer Christophe Serrano was behind the lens throughout the weekend to capture every moment.

Not a minimalist bride, Jennifer headed to Galia Lahav on her wedding dress search. A GL Couture dress caught her eye. Serendipitously, Galia herself and her daughter, Osnat, were in the showroom during her appointment and cheered Jennifer on, when she selected her layered tulle look. “That was a weekend I’ll remember forever,” the bride gushes. “It’s one of my favorite memories of time spent with my mom and mother-in-law.”

Jennifer’s “something old” was her family heirloom ruby and diamond necklace, originally belonging to her grandmother. “She gave it to my mother to wear on her wedding day, and my mother gave it to me for mine,” the bride explains. Her “something blue” was twofold: a diamond and sapphire ring, gifted by her mother, and her 91-year-old grandmother, herself, dressed in blue for the day. And finally—after getting ready with makeup artist and hair stylist Olga Lozitskaya—Jennifer completed her look with vintage diamond earrings from her husband and Jimmy Choo platforms.

On July 5, 2024, a string quartet played Jennifer and her parents down the aisle, before there was a small mix-up at the altar. “I was confused when my three-year-old nephew and ring bearer showed up with someone else’s wedding bands for us to use at the altar but went with it anyways,” the bride laughs. “A few minutes later, they were swapped out for the correct wedding bands just in the nick of time. I later found out, our bands had gone missing prior to the ceremony but were located just in time for the exchanging of the rings.”

The traditional Jewish ceremony concluded in the couple exchanging their own vows. And after being announced as officially married, the newlyweds joined their guests on the seaside terrace for cocktails. The reception was then held in the courtyard, featuring tables of red florals by Laly Rose, fruits, and candles.

Everyone dined on a delicious meal by Pavillion Traitor, and then Jennifer and Peter shared a first dance to “The Way You Look Tonight” by Frank Sinatra, played by Vogue Band. “We love how romantic and upbeat the song is, and it was so fun to practice dancing to,” the bride admits. “I was nervous and forgot the whole dance moments before it started, but Peter really carried the team!”

The bride’s favorite part of the night was cutting their cake, as fireworks went off and “Live and Let Die” by Paul McCartney sounded out. Videographer Joris Armand made sure to film the entire special moment. Shortly after, she changed into her final look, a nude mini dress by The Attico, and the fête moved inside to the great hall for more desserts.

After DJ Joe Mendes warmed up the crowd, Peter surprised his guests by deejaying a set. Jennifer lastly recalls, “Once the after-party ended as we approached morning, our friends made their way down to the beach for a swim in the ocean tuxedos, gowns, and all!”
