It’s tennis season, and while we’d like to say we’re closely watching for the racquet play, we are really admiring the fashion. Tennis has contributed to a few our favorite style looks from pleated tennis skirts to tennis whites. We created a whole edit devoted to the best of tenniscore. Even if you don’t play the game, you can still wear the sport’s most winning accessory: the tennis bracelet.

It’s a simple silhouette—a line of glinting, flexible diamonds in a metal of your choosing. But, oh, the ways that can be done are limitless. According to urban legend, the bracelet first got its name after tennis player Chris Evert’s diamond bracelet unclasped during her turn at the 1978 U.S. Open. She understandably stopped the game to find it on the court. Tennis players like Maria Sharapova and Serena Williams sported the bracelet, too, in varying widths and weights and materials. (Not all tennis bracelets are created equal, though. Williams once donned a $29,000 Harry Winston tennis bracelet during a match. Now that’s a power play.)

Once reserved for only special occasions, the tennis bracelet is seen as an elevated staple you can wear every day for a little extra glitz. Over The Moon’s Style Director Grace Givens looked through our assortment to hand-select her favorites. You’re going to love these bracelets, love.
