After the pair started dating in 2021, Channing Tatum proposed to Zoe Kravitz on Halloween weekend with a cushion-cut diamond. “He makes me laugh and we both really love art and talking about art and the exploration of why we do what we do,” Zoe tells GQ. “Whether it was making me tea or pouring me a drink or going to whip someone into shape or whatever—he really was my protector and it was really wonderful and sweet.”

The Stranger Things star took to Instagram after Jake Bonjovi—son of rock icon Jon Bon Jovi— dropped to one knee. She shared a sweet photo of the two on the beach, captioning the post with lyrics from Taylor Swift’s song Lover. Millie tells The Times that Jake proposed with a ring her mother gave to him. “I’ve always loved that ring, it’s always stuck out to me, so she gave it to Jake,” she says. “They were in cahoots about the whole proposal.”

After nearly four years together, San Francisco 49s running back Christian McCaffrey proposed to entrepreneur Olivia Culpo while on a weekend away in Utah. Ring Concierge designed a Whisper Thin three-stone oval diamond ring for the occasion. The couple, who were set up by mutual friends, celebrated their engagement in July with an all-white affair—dancing, singing, shooting sparklers and spending the evening surrounded by their nearest and dearest.

He popped the question at home in California with a 10-plus-carat emerald-cut diamond ring with baguettes flanking the center stone. Bella tells Vogue, “It was love at first sight as the sun rose.”

Film producer Matt Kaplan proposed at home, leading her on a scavenger hunt through the house and into the garden where he ultimately asked her to marry him. Thomas Brodie-Sangster and Talulah Riley met on the set of FX’s Pistol and, after two years together, Thomas announced their engagement with a nod to his 2003 romcom Love Actually. “Happy to announce that Talulah and I are engaged. Love is all around,” quoting a line by Hugh Grant’s Prime Minister character in the Christmas classic.

Although Sydney shares very little of their relationship online, she explained to Cosmopolitan: “I don’t date people in the spotlight. . .I don’t date actors or musicians or anyone in entertainment because I can just be normal Syd that way and it’s easiest. . .I have a great support system.” She added, “I have people who will battle for me and allow me to be on the pedestal and shine without making me feel like, ‘Oh no, I’m shining too bright and I need to step back.’”
