And it is now available to shop! “La Vie is known for being colorful and vintage-inspired…so bridal had to be the same!”
The collection of gowns, capes, and—of course, caftans— is a more formal expansion of the brand’s one size option. “We had not seen one size bridal done before, so we thought it would be fun to explore, and Over The Moon was the perfect partner to do it with!” La Vie Style House co-founder Lindsey McClain exclaims. Brides can easily wear any of the new pieces throughout their wedding weekends—from rehearsal dinner to Sunday brunch by the pool.
Inspired partly by icons only—Elizabeth Taylor and Bianca Jagger—the capsule is full of sparkle, feathers, embroidery, sheen, shine, and everything in-between. “In our eyes, the La Vie bride obviously has great taste and loves to have fun with fashion—the best dressed!” Jamie adds.
Not just for brides, the collection was created with a vision of a relaxed, whimsical and easy way of dressing a bride, bridesmaids, mother-of-the-bride, or a wedding guest. “I’m obsessed with the one-shoulder dress with a cape and the floral swirl midi swing dress!” Jamie cheers. “I want excuses to wear both often!”
