Want to shamelessly hashtag #shreddingforthewedding in a cute, fitness Instagram? Then look no further. We’ve found the up-and-coming Joe Holders (a.k.a. @ochosystem)—those trainers that have excelled through creating workout programs, gotten recognized by major athletic brands, and are now lifting weights with the likes of Naomi Campbell. Wouldn’t you like to say, “Hey, Cara Delevingne’s trainer was my trainer first.” These fitness regimens are designed with your goals in mind, whether that be to fit better in your dress or to build stamina so you can dance the night away. Below, are six of our favorite ways to achieve your #bridebody.

Team Maloney

Born and raised in New York City, Michael has more than 16 years of experience in personal fitness. His specialities include weight loss and pre- and post-natal training, so you can stay with him from before the “I dos” all the way until that blessed day when you’re putting the maternity clothes back in storage. He’s available for private and online training, so you don’t necessarily have to be in the city to work out with Michael. Famous clients include Amanda Seyfried, Jimmy Fallon, Deepak Chopra, and Kim Cattrall. With 16k Instagram followers, his feed is full of workout inspiration and before and after shots—they’re simple, yet effective.

Iconoclast Fitness

At this Flatiron studio, founder and owner Ngo Okafor offers rapid body transformations for special events, like say a wedding. His most known program is called 28 Days Greater, which can be explored through one-on-one in-person sessions or online.  The former model has appeared in V, Vogue, and W, but modeling has taken a backseat to his passion for fitness. Okafor just trained with Brooke Shields this year, and who better to seek workout inspo from than the ’90s icon.

The LIV Method

Based in New York City near Rockefeller Center, LIV is an acronym for “Longevity, Integrity, and Vitality,” and brides have been flocking to this company in the lead up to their weddings. The training program lets you choose if you want to train by yourself, with a partner, or with your friends—how thoughtful? Then, you describe how often you workout, what you want to improve on, what type of trainer you prefer, where you want to train, and your availability and you will be matched with your perfect regimen and trainer. It’s like a fairy godmother for fitness. With 13.5k Instagram followers, their account posts before and after photos of clients (most recently @jackieoproblems), congratulatory wedding posts, and endless videos of people working out to keep you hooked and focused.

ModelFit

Based in New York and Los Angeles, ModelFit offers studio classes, private training, and online streaming classes. The ModelFit Method breaks down bigger movements to avoid injury and work muscles. All of their personal trainers are certified through The Gray Institute and sessions are available for individual or package purchase. With 57.7k Instagram followers, ModelFit is one of the most popular ways on social media to tone and tighten your body. And you 100% do not have to be a model, but if you decide to swing by a studio, you might run into one or two of the genetically blessed.

Kayla Itsines

For the bride who can hold herself accountable without an actual trainer in front of her, Kayla Itsines’ Bikini Body Guides are the right move. The 28-minute workouts are perfect for beginners or gym regulars. Itsines has been a personal trainer since 2008 and rose to fame through Instagram. (She now has 11.1m followers!) To join, pay a monthly ($19.99) or yearly ($119.94) membership and download the Sweat app on your smartphone. You’ll have access to your workouts, a progress report, and a community of other people working toward a common goal of becoming fitter.

Amanda Kloots

This former Broadway dancer and Radio City Rockette turned celebrity trainer developed a jump rope method of exercise. Her main studio location is at Bandier’s Studio B in NoHo and her group classes and private training sessions are a mix of dance and cross training. With 49.1k Instagram followers, Kloots is a mother-to-be and has recently added AK! Baby Bump online classes for each trimester to her repertoire, so you can workout with her until the honeymoon is really over.

In the end, how you decide to get ready for the big day is up to you, but in the spirit of self-care being super important during any exciting, highly emotional, intense, albeit sometimes stressful time, try not to sideline exercise during the wedding planning process. Your body should get just as hard of a workout as your mind when it comes to navigating the guest list and those tricky seating arrangements!
