Bumble receives wedding invitations from couples who have found love on the app daily, and over the years, that stack of save-the-dates is far too many to count. But for its first-ever partnership with Over The Moon, the app opted for a more intimate brunch to fete a new collection of decor, gifts, and limited-edition OTM items inspired by the millions of matches to be married.

Augusta Cole, one of the most sought-after planners in the world of weddings, designed a dreamy garden party filled with inspiration for brides and grooms to envision their farewell brunch. With larger-than-life florals that extend from the ceiling to the floor sprouting everywhere at weddings for 2022, naturally, the Waverly Inn’s private entrance was marked by vines and roses in the pitch-perfect shade of Bumble yellow for the perfect photo-op (and proved popular among guests and passersby alike)!

Once inside, everyone oohed and ahhed at the Bumble Wedding & Celebration Collection on display, from a monogrammed tote bag and hand-painted ring dish, both created in collaboration with Over The Moon, a disposable camera to capture every moment on the road to the altar, plus delectable honey jars and dippers to match. The momentous occasion called for mimosas served in Champagne flutes etched with “cheers to making moves” and cinnamon honey buns with (yes!) honeycomb dessert toppers, too.

The garden room was buzzing with boldface names, including designers Danielle Frankel and Patricia Voto, bridal stylist Gabrielle Hurwitz, Hill House Home Founder and CEO Nell Diamond, Margaux Co-Founder Alexa Buckley, event planner Bronson Van Wyck, Vogue‘s Allie Micheler and Elise Taylor, Allure’s Dianna Mazzone, WWD’s Kristen Tauer, and influencers Katie Sands and Jenna Rennert. But the guests of honor were Bumble brides and grooms to-be who delighted guests by sharing their heartfelt love stories and details of their wedding day on the horizon. Indeed, there was lots of love and sunshine all around.
