Classic Six Director of Communications and Partnerships Annabel Webb Darling and Ryder James Arsenault, who works in reinsurance, first met at Colby College. Nearly 10 years later, they wed on June 8, 2024 at Mid Ocean Club in Bermuda. Annabel and Ryder created an Over The Moon Registry ahead of their island nuptials, and today, they’re sharing a few of those special picks.
The NYC-based fashion brand director describes her fashion and interiors aesthetic as classic, timeless, and a mix of high and low. “I like to center everything around one color or piece of furniture,” Annabel shares. “For example, in our apartment that is our green velvet couch. The whole room is centered around it.” She also takes inspiration from Adnan Anwar, who designed her city apartment.
When it comes to merging her and her husband’s style, Annabel has influenced him positively. “He’s come a long way from the all-white bachelor pad with one poster on the wall,” she laughs. “We both now love a modern mid-century look.”
For Annabel’s Dream Registry, she focused on high-quality pieces that add a luxe touch to any home. “I absolutely love Matouk and everything they do—the quality, the look, and design,” she says after adding the brand’s Beach Road Bath Collection.
Moving onto the kitchen and dining room, Annabel highlighted Ginori 1735 dinnerware and Le Creuset. “The Ginori plates and bowls have been on my wishlist, so I had to add those,” she shares. “[I] love that Over The Moon has such a great variety of colors as well! And then finally, we love love to cook, so needed the Le Creuset upgrade in our kitchen.”
Annabel leaves us with important advice for couples making their Over The Moon Registries: “Add more basics than you think. The unique stuff is nice and obviously really special, but remember you might want everyday utensils or bowls—these can be fun too, but pick ones you genuinely get excited about everyday. It’s the little things.”
