Almost two years to the date of See Golden Consulting Founder Corey Golden Farber’s second wedding anniversary, she and her husband, Brian Farber, announced that they’re expecting their first child. . .and we’re exclusively announcing that it is a boy! “We were actually in the airport when our doctor sent over the results,” Corey smiles. “We went into a corner near the boarding area and opened the email together about five minutes before we got on our flight. . .We did not have an easy journey to conceive, but I think going through fertility treatment made us even more grateful when we finally got the good news. I’m just so excited to be a mom—and I can’t wait to see Brian as a dad. Life will never be the same, in the absolute best way.”
Their baby boy is due on November 29—“our little Thanksgiving baby!” the mom-to-be exclaims. Corey and Brian have chosen a name, but it will remain under lock and key until he makes his grand entrance.
As the couple are moving at the end of the summer, what better time to start an Over The Moon Baby Registry? “I’m loving a green, yellow, and blue color palette for the nursery,” Corey shares. “I’m excited to get baby boy’s room all set up once we’re settled. It was hard to narrow down all of my favorite [items]—Over The Moon truly has the best selection! Corey leaves us with a great piece of advice on pregnancy and motherhood: “I’ve been told that the early moments go by so fast, so even on the hard days, try to really soak it all in. Also—even through the chaos—remember to laugh at your mistakes, have fun learning to be a parent with your partner, and try not to take everything too seriously!”
