Dana Harel Bridal Fall 2020

By Shayna Seid

Stepping into Dana Harel’s showroom, you might think that it’s filled with strictly bohemian styles, which there are a good number of, but don’t discount her innovative and romantic pieces that can work for more classic brides. The Tel-Aviv-based designer has dressed big names and designed Gina Rodriguez’s reception dress and two outfits for Quentin Tarantino’s wife, Daniella Pick, for their wedding. Our favorite pieces from her latest collection are the deep-V, long-sleeve necklace dress, the strapless off-the-shoulder number, the thin-strap body-con dress with tiny seashell embellishments, the strapless cut-out gown, and of course, the versatile jacket-bustier-skirt-combo—yes, we realize that’s a good amount of what was presented. The last-mentioned look can be worn two-ways—four, if you add another skirt, which we saw in person and highly recommend. It’s truly a stand-out look for a bold bride.
