Reem Acra Spring 2019 Bridal Is for the Woman Who Isn’t Afraid to Show a Little Skin

By Over The Moon

Don’t be surprised if bouquets of lavender become the next big bridal trend once they see Reem Acra’s lineup of models holding stems of it down the runway. For the spring 2019 season, the designer, who has a flair for drama, had plenty of breathtaking wedding dresses on offer, too. Matched with equally striking headpieces, there was a caped, floral apliqué number with a diamanté bow at the neck, several sheer embroidered designs that left little to the imagination, and a show-stopping, full-skirted ball gown fit for royalty. (Yes, we know we’re obsessed with the Harry and Meghan’s wedding, but can you blame us?) All told, many of Acra’s dresses this season seemed more geared for those brides who aren’t afraid to show a little—or a lot—of skin on their big day; a growing demographic in the wedding world. Thankfully, in these looks, brides will look just the right amount of sexy.
