Black Bridal Professionals and Wedding Vendors You Need to Know

By Shayna Seid

The wedding industry has been hit hard by COVID-19, and Black wedding vendors and the Black community have especially suffered. To help couples who are planning their weddings now hire wisely, we’re highlighting some of our favorite Black bridal professionals and businesses.

Last week, environmentally conscious, luxury bridal brand Sahroo started a guide, and, with their permission, we’re sharing and expanding on it here. We, like a lot of other wedding outlets are working to be more diverse, especially when it comes to including more Black couples and businesses on Over The Moon, and this is a first step. Below are the Black-owned and founded wedding vendors you should know. And FYI, this isn’t limited to just the USA, we have included some in the U.K. and The Netherlands, and most are available to do destination events as soon as they start up again.

Finally, if you know of a business we’ve overlooked that should be included, please DM or email at [email protected], so we can keeping adding to this guide in real time.
