It’s day 2 of our Meghan Markle wedding dress prediction series! Yesterday, we hypothesized the duchess-to-be would go with something more modern than what you usually see at a royal wedding and posited a long, white satin Reem Acra dress as a potential option. The dress’s satin fabric and dramatic A-line silhouette made the look a top contender. It’s demure enough for it to be considered appropriate, but still has enough of a contemporary touch to appeal to the American actress.

Today, we went in a totally different aesthetic direction. Inspired by Harry and Meghan’s emphasis on florals and greenery for their big day, we fantasized what a botanical-inspired wedding would look like, starting with this gorgeous, embellished Naeem Khan dress from the designer’s spring 2019 collection. The dress is certainly more risqué than what we’ve seen at other royal weddings in the past, but remember, Meghan loves to bend the rules! Plus, the Ralph and Russo dress she chose for her engagement portraits revealed she has a soft spot for semi-sheer, long sleeved, beaded gowns. Below, we shop out the romantic look.
